Assignment #2

I agree with George's statement. As you grow up you begin to spend more time with your friends than with your parents so their influence on you begin to grow. I have never been pressured to do something wrong by my friends but I've seen people changing under their friends' influence. For example a guy was completely against using tobacco but bunch of his friends were smoking and soon he began to smoke.

Assignment #1

1) First of all, people make mistakes. Rameck made his own under the influence of his "friends". He wasn't really thinking about the price of this mistake but at the moment he wnted to show off in front of his "friends". Of course you can't call this people friends, because real ones won't let you down.

2) He wasn't really responsible for his actions beause he was just a kid. And parents are one of the biggest influences in a kid's life. His parents were drug addicted what left him on his own.

3) No they're not responsible for that. If you didn't learn what is good and what is bad during your childhood you probably wouldn't learn that during your whole life. How can they be responsible if they don't even know whether they're making something good or bad?

4) I'm lucky because I think I've got a lot of good influences in my life. First is my mom. She was a very strong woman to raise me alone for ten years and I'm thankful to her. Second, my teachers were very intelligent and experienced people and they influenced me greatly. Third, books are very good teachers. I am not a big reader but I have read the books which make you to think about your life. And fourth, my friends were raised by the same books and teachers so they are pretty much the same as me.
